W.O. Parker, who died Friday at his home, 1419 W. 14th street, was an?89er and served as United States marshal of the western district of Oklahoma Territory from 1892 to 1894. He later was a member of thepolice force. When he died, he was district manager for an autombilecompany. He was a member of the First Baptist church, and Odd Fellows,and a shriner. Mr. Parker is survived by his widow, a daughter, Mrs.Phil Weaver, and a son, Owen Parker.

Funeral services for W.O. Parker, who died at the family residence,1419 West 14th street Friday morning, will be held at Siloam Masonictemple, 122 W. 5th street, Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock under theauspices of Siloam lodge, of which Mr. Parker was a member. Serviceswill be conducted by Rev. R. T. Mansfield, pastor of Immanuel Baptistchurch. Burial will be in Fairlawn cemetery.
